
My goal for last week was 1 1/2 lb which I thought I would do easily as I had been loosing 3 & 4 lbs a week. I had also had much less to eat last week as we were so busy at work and I did extra shifts so I thought I would have lost more than the actual 2lb I did loose! I should not really be disappointed with a 2lb loss but i was a little bit. I think in fact I had not eaten enough so have eaten loads this week - i bet I will end up with a gain this week. it seems to be all about getting the balance right I think - plenty of food to stop your body thinking it is in starvation mode and hanging on to the fat versus eating too much and gaining! well lets see what the scales show this week. - a loss please.
Any way had to buy myself some new trousers this week as my old ones were falling down! They were in the sale at Anne Harvey - £19.99 which I don't think is too bad as their quality is excellent. I tried on quite a few for size and found that the size 20 was just right. My trousers at present are 22 & 24 so an improvement. I did try a size 18 on but they were a bit too tight. I did not buy them which was perhaps a mistake as they were in the sale but I don't want to tempt fate and never actually reach size 18.
