I was looking through Jessica's photos for something specific and came across this one. She looks so pretty and happy I just had to use it - but when I rang her to ask her the name of the girl in the picture she said - 'oh I hate that picture'- oh well too late now.
There is some hidden journalling underneath the photo, telling how the picture came about. It was taken by a Shrewsbury Chronicle photographer when Jess and Lucy were manning the lucky ducky stall in the square as part of a fun day thing to raise money for SYT (Shrewsbury Youth Theatre). I think she was about 10 in this picture - I wish i had dated more of my photos!
I used a new technique with this layout as well - I stapled the photo in place - quick & easy - I usually machine sew them in place if I want to put a tag underneath but this was much easier.
