I am pleased with this as I have made an effort to eat a lot more this week and was worried that I would have put on! I think my theory about eating plenty is right - just have to be careful not to overdo it though.
If I can loose 2.5lb next week that will take me to my 1.5 stone loss. Is it good to have targets or not ? I will be disapointed now if I don't get it and and might have a little slip!
