Lovely fruit cake - I remember it used to taste delicious! The recipe is quite large so makes a large tin loaf - well actually a Jamie Oliver Silicone loaf tin and a smaller round 8" cake.
Plus flapjacks - without apricots this time at my sons request. I did sneakily have a teaspoon of syrup when baking these - but only one as I just adore syrup!
