Today I saw mushrooms everywhere on my walk - so I thought I should chose one of these as my POTD.
I know that this red & white mushroom / toadstool is rather battered - but I have been looking for one of these for ages without success - so I was really excited to actually see one in the wild - its my first one ever - so battered or not it may be my POTD.

love the one half way up the tree very nice tucked in with the moss. The butternut squash chips are just about half a sin for the mayonaise evtra light hellmans and the chips are made with frylight
