Well yesterday was my proper first red day and it was actually quite good! For lunch Steven & I had turkey rashers, plum tomatoes,
mushrooms, 2 slices of wholemeal bread and 1 egg. Then tea was homemade shepards pie made with lean mince, onions topped with mashed swede on top instead of potatoe. Sugar free jelly with kiwi fruit and bannana.
Might do another red day after this one.
