Well if there was ever an incentive to loose weight - here is the photographic evidence!

Well if there was ever any incentive to loose weight it is these photos taken at Norwich this weekend.
My face is round and piggy with no definition. My eyes look very rough but I did have an infection in my left eye - I think from having my eyelashes dyed last week.

I hope I can loose some weight and be able to look back at these photos and wince! It will be good to put an old and new side by side to see the difference. Got to loose 7 stone first - crikey! perhaps this time next year I will be able to see a difference.
