14th May photo - home baking

After a few complaints from those at home regarding lack of home baking recently - this morning I set out to rectify this with a mammoth baking session.

Jammy coconut tarts (photo of the day), chocolate date fingers and a Victoria Sandwich.

Now as long as I can resist these temptation's everyone will be happy!
